In the mental health field, I have served clients in clinical settings, K–12 schools, shelters, correctional facilities, and inpatient psychiatric care. I work with children, teenagers, adults, couples, and groups. My eclectic approach integrates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma-Informed Care, Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, the Flash Technique, and Mindfulness to promote healing and self-awareness.

I offer bilingual counseling services and strive to create a safe, supportive space where clients can explore new behaviors and grow. My areas of expertise include:

Outside of work, I stay actively engaged in current mental health practices. I enjoy hiking, international travel, spending time with loved ones, and playing with my pets—Macy (dog) and Sylvester (cat).
